FEBEAPÁ REVISITADO

1992

Based on the chronicles of Sérgio Porto: Stanislaw Ponte Preta, who with his humor, corrosion, and impudence, was one of the few Brazilian writers who had the courage to confront the dictatorship. His texts were read in the newspaper by all Brazilians and had an emotional impact and resonance with the audience of Tá na Rua. His writings depict the stupidity and violence of an arrogant class and their infamy, vile behavior, indecency, and obscenity, which traditionally constitute social relations in Brazil and which intensified since the 1964 coup to the present day. A show that “playing, playing” precisely portrays the life of the country in recent times.
